Standard 50 lb box - $285

The standard 50 lb box is a mixed box of ground beef, steak & roast cuts. In the 50lb box you get approx. 30lbs of steak & roast, & approx. 20lbs of lean ground beef packaged in 1lb bags. Roasts are approx. 3lbs each & steaks are cut 3/4 of an inch thick. Cuts of steak include t-bone, rib, sirloin, & round steaks. Cuts of Roast include sirloin, rump, blade, & cross-rib roasts.

Standard 25 lb box - $149

The standard 25 lb box is a mixed box of ground beef, steak & roast cuts. In the 25lb box you get approx. 15lbs of steak & roast, & approx. 10lbs of lean ground beef packaged in 1lb bags. Roasts are approx. 3lbs each & steaks are cut 3/4 of an inch thick. Cuts of steak include t-bone, rib, sirloin, & round steaks. Cuts of roasts include sirloin, rump, blade, & cross-rib roasts.

Ready for grilling! Try out 100% all beef, no filler hamburger patties. Each hamburger patty weighs approximately 1/3lb. A box contains approx. 13-15 patties.

By the Quarter - $2.85/lb

Our product is also available by the quarter, cut and wrapped to your specifications.  We will divide the side completely, ensuring that you will get cuts from both the hind and the front.
